1. My rate is $175 per hour. There is no extra fee for initial consultations. I round to the nearest quarter of an hour.
2. Initial consultations are typically 2 hours. Follow-ups can be anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on your needs. See my recommended schedule below.
3. I accept cash, checks and Pay Pal for credit cards.
4. I am not a doctor. You will be asked to sign an acknowledgement of your understanding that I am not a physician and as such, am not in the position to recommend prescription medications. I am more than happy to work with your doctor on helping you implement a complete health plan for you or your child.
5. For best results, it is crucial that I stay in contact with you on a very regular basis, especially as we begin working together. I strongly recommend all new clients meet with me on the following schedule, at a minimum:
a. First 3 months – 15-30 minutes every 1 to 2 weeks
b. Next 3 months – 30-60 minutes monthly
c. Continuing care: 60 minutes every 2 months
Of course, you are welcome to schedule time with me as often as you prefer.
5. I do not charge for brief emails if you have a quick question or just need support. I try my best to be there for all my clients as much as possible.
