almost 6 weeks, post initial TTO dose

Both boys are doing very well.  No side effects at all.  Most exciting is that Alex has now been off TSO for 9 weeks, and has no regression at all. 
The initial dose of TTO was very small – only 50 ova.  The next dose, which will hopefully arrive this week or next, will be bigger [...]
